How should I dress for rehearsals?
Please wear Sunday “church” dress for all rehearsals.
How should I dress for the performance?

When should I arrive and what should I bring to rehearsals?
Check in will begin at 5:15-5:30 and we’d like all singers in their seats by 5:45. You will be provided with printed music, and a pencil at the first rehearsal. We plan to be done at each rehearsal promptly at 8:00.
Will there be food at rehearsals?
We will not have food or refreshments at the rehearsals, so if you are traveling a long distance, please plan to bring along snacks needed for the ride home. You are welcome to bring water bottles in with you to rehearsals. Please no food or gum.
What part will I be singing?
Most choir members will be singing the parts they indicated on their applications, although in a few cases some may be asked to switch to balance the sound. You will find out the part you’ll be singing when you check-in at the first rehearsal. Thanks for being flexible if needed!
Can I bring family members to the rehearsals?
We ask that you do not bring friends or family with you to the rehearsals.
Will there be breaks during rehearsals?
We will not be taking breaks during rehearsals so please plan accordingly.
Can I bring family members or friends to the dress rehearsal at the Conference Center?
Due to security concerns, we cannot bring guests or family members to the dress rehearsal at the Conference Center.
The performance day looks like a long day. Will a meal be served?
Yes. The conference center staff will be providing a meal to every choir member during the time you are there before you actually enter for the conference session. A list asking for special dietary restrictions will be passed around a week or two before the session.
Will I receive a ticket for the conference session we are singing for?
Due to Covid, the choir will not receive tickets for family members to attend conference live.
Can I bring a cell phone to the Conference Center?
Yes you may bring your cell to the Conference Center. However, phones must be turned off and put away once we are in the loft.
Can I take notes during our session of conference?
No, we ask that you not take notes during your session. Even though the lights are dimmed, you are still visible by the live audience in attendance. All the sessions of conference are recorded and you can take all the notes you want while reviewing those recordings.
Can I bring a water bottle into the choir loft?
No, but you will get a bottle of water with your lunch prior to the session starting.
